During the first two weeks of the lecture period there will be comprehensive sessions which are designed to facilitate a smooth start for incoming students, providing essential information and support. Usually an introduction to DHBW's IT system, a presentation on key aspects of German culture and a general information meeting are scheduled. During afternoons, evenings and weekends, the International Office and buddies organize various events and trips, which provide excellent opportunities to connect with fellow incoming students and to build relationships with the buddies.
